Department Overview:
The Operations department at Jetex is
responsible for crew handling, ramp operations, ground dispatch activities,
safety, and record-keeping. The department plays a critical role in ensuring
that flights are operated in accordance with regulations and company policies.Job Purpose:
The Operations Coordinator
at the FBO is responsible for creating flights on the system, ensuring that all
flight details and customer requests are present in the system, and assisting
with customer service requests. This person reports to the FBO Operations
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with airport authorities to apply for landing permits and obtain them on time.
- Provide current airport information for crew and passengers (weather/flights plan, locations, services etc.).
- Operate office equipment including, but not limited to, air-to-ground radios (base station), ground radios, internal CRM system, computers and phones as required.
- Coordinate with Duty Officer on customer service tasks, including assisting customers with questions about the trip, hotel reservations, ground transportation, catering, local attractions and activities, etc.
- Use internal systems to update and view flight details, special customer requests and fueling services.
- Wear and maintain a professional uniform as supplied by Jetex along with PPE.
- Answer all requests through calls and emails quickly and validate the source of information before communication. Ensure that no information is given, or action is taken, prior to the authentication of information.
- Must display the highest level of customer service to all clients by maintaining pleasant, professional, friendly and outgoing attitude.
- Follow safety regulations, company policies, and guidelines from all Jetex operating regions.
Internal management duties:
- Raise incidents, accidents, close calls or observations in line with the Incident Management procedure.
- Maintain awareness and safety related to work area and other equipment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

duties:
- Adhere to the documented procedures of the organization or department and retain documented evidence related to the performance of their role.
- The employee is expected to exercise their duty of care and must be aware of their health and safety responsibilities, accountability and authority; and shall comply with the policies and procedures outlined by the organization.
REQUIRMENTS:
QUALIFICATION | - Diploma or bachelor's degree in aviation or related field.

EXPERIENCE | - Minimum 2 years of experience in aviation operations.
