ABOUT THE ROLE
The Customer Service
Executive reports to the Operations Supervisor-Jetex and Customer Service
Specialist-Bombardier. They perform a first-tier job; this means that any
client coming into the Bombardier Service Centre will be greeted by them.
Possessing the role of first contact, a Customer Service Executive is extremely
important as a customer will deem the rest of the hospitality/experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
& ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Meeting and greeting visitors and customers arriving
at Bombardier Service Centre.
- Must display the highest level of customer service to
all clients by maintaining a pleasant, professional, friendly, and outgoing
attitude.
- Answering emails and telephone calls and dealing with
general administrative duties.
- Assisting crew with aircraft arrivals and departures
and escorting / transporting them to and from the aircraft and airport hotel in
a Jetex Mercedes Viano (or similar).
- Assisting crew with aircraft laundry, dishes, catering
and organizing their transportation needs and updating our in house system.
- Maintaining, cleaning, and organizing client and
working areas.
- Replenishing stock.
- Ensuring safety and security standards are observed
and maintained.
- Jetex Ambassador sharing knowledge of Jetex products
and services with our customers.
- Required to wear and maintain professional uniform as
supplied by Jetex.
- Offer appropriate seating arrangements around the Bombardier
Lounge.
- Present menus, take orders, prepare food and
beverages.
- Assist in tasks at event related work including
exhibitions/shows and coordinating maintenance both exterior and interior of
the Bombardier Service Centre.
- Other duties
assigned by Line Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION

EXPERIENCE
|
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in
aviation / airline / hotel industry/hospitality preferred.
- Knowledge of another language is a big plus
|
SKILLS
|
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent in customer service.
- Good knowledge in IT Skills (MS Office database management).
- Professional look.
- Full Driving License
- Right to work in UK
