AZI Hospitality specializes in providing luxury hospitality services to clients. The department offers a wide range of services, including event management, catering, and customers' handling. AZI Hospitality works with clients to create bespoke experiences that cater to their specific needs and preferences.

Job Purpose:

The Housekeeping Attendant is primarily responsible to help maintain and inspect the lounges/facility. They must ensure the highest standards of hospitality and presentation are always demonstrated and follow the guidelines of Food Health & Safety at Jetex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain the guest spaces, lounges, bathrooms, and public areas of the Jetex facility to the highest standards.
  • Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean bathrooms in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Maintain and track laundry inventory.
  • Inspect lounges, public areas, and facilities to ensure they are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Stock and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other amenities, and notify the Housekeeping Supervisor when supplies need to be reordered.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damage in loungers, meeting rooms or public areas to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and checklists to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Complete any other duties assigned by Line Manager.
Compliance-related duties:
  • Adhere to the documented procedures of the organization or department and retain documented evidence related to the performance of their role.
  • The employee is expected to exercise their duty of care and must be aware of their health and safety responsibilities, accountability and authority; and shall comply with the policies and procedures outlined by the organization.


  • High school diploma or Official certification
  • 2+ experience in the hospitality industry in a customer facing role is required.
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to spot safety risk and address needs quickly.
  • Technical capability and understanding.
