AZI Hospitality specializes in providing luxury hospitality services to clients. The department offers a wide range of services, including event management, catering, and customer handling. AZI Hospitality works with clients to create bespoke experiences that cater to their specific needs and preferences. 

Job Purpose:
The Bell Attendant Supervisor leads and manages a team of Bell Attendants to provide exceptional customer service to guests. This involves overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring that guests received prompt and efficient service, and addressing any issues or concerns they may have. 


Key Responsibilities 
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Lead and manage a team of Bell Attendants, providing guidance and support as needed. 
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Bell Attendant team, ensuring that guests receive prompt and efficient service. 
  • Train and develop team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. 
  • Address guest concerns and resolving any issues that arise. 
  • Ensure that the Bell Attendant team operates in compliance with company policies and procedures. 
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment for the team members and guests.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies and initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and enhance the FBO's reputation.

      Compliance related duties:

  • Adhere to the documented procedures of the organization or department and retain documented evidence related to the performance of their role. 
  • Bell Attendant Supervisor is expected to exercise his duty of care, and must be aware of his health and safety responsibilities, accountability and authority; and shall comply with the policies and procedures outlined by the organization. 
Requirements:
Qualification
  • High School Diploma or Official Certification, UAE Driving License Required
Experience
  • Minimum 2+ years' background experience in aviation ground support / hospitality industry
Skillset
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Excellent in customer service
  • Intermediate IT Skills (MS Office database management).
  • Should have experience in luggage transport procedures.
  • Capable of lifting approximately 50 lbs.
  • Professional, Attentive, and detail oriented
  • Problem Solving skills, especially towards clients. 
  • Time management and organizational skills.Â
