Job Purpose:
The Executive Concierge is responsible for fulfilling the concierge requirements for customers and crew. They are responsible for  planning the crews accommodation and transportation. They also offer advice on best travel options by assessing each customer's unique needs, preferences, and budget to ensure travel goes as smoothly as possible. Executive Concierge must have extensive knowledge of the travel industry and destinations worldwide. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage crew and client accommodation and transportation

  • Handle end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transport

  • Advise clients on destinations, cultures, costs, and local experiences

  • Prepare proposals and detailed luxury itineraries

  • Manage travel issues, disruptions, cancellations, and refunds

  • Coordinate supplier payments and maintain client and financial records

  • Support business travel and crew handling during flight disruptions/diversions

  • Meet department sales targets and gross margin objectives

  • Stay updated on tourism trends through trainings and seminars

  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, health, and safety policies


Requirements:

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism, Aviation or any related fields.
Experience

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in lifestyle concierge, travel/tourism, hospitality, premium or luxury retail, or hotel/guest services

Strong understanding of luxury lifestyle travel, dining, entertainment, fashion, and luxury brands

Skillset

    Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

    Excellent knowledge of traveling software (computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travel).

    Well experienced in various areas of travel (leisure, domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc.).
