ABOUT THE ROLE 


The Butler reports to the Guest Experience Supervisor. They do a first-rate job, which means that any passengers who step into the VIP terminal will be greeted by them. A Butler's role as first point of contact is critical, as they must provide the best possible experience for our passengers upon arrival and departure.


RESPONSIBILITES

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Must provide excellent customer service to all passengers by maintaining a pleasant, professional, friendly and outgoing demeanor.
  • Assist passengers with carrying their hand luggage.
  • Provide adequate seating arrangements around the VIP terminal.
  • Providing passengers with personalized service.
  • Having a thorough understanding of all VIP Terminal amenities for passengers.
  • Collaborating with all departments (guest experience, housekeeping, food services, etc.) to meet the needs of passengers.
  • Must wear and maintain a professional uniform supplied by Jetex.
  • Maintains the privacy of passengers' information and activities.
  • Assist in tasks at event related work including exhibitions/shows and coordinating maintenance both exterior and interior of the VIP terminal.
  • Other duties assigned by Line Manager.



REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management
EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in 5* hotel/luxury resort industry
  • Knowledge of another language is big plus.
SPECIFIC/ TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Excellent in customer service
  • Good knowledge in IT Skills (MS Office and database management)
