DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
The Fuel division oversees all fuel-related functions such as Fuel Operations, Fuel Procurement and Fuel Sales. The department is responsible for strategic fuel sourcing, selecting fuel vendors, contracting and maintaining fuel contracts, identifying leads for fuel sales, preparing quotations, coordinating with FBOs/ third party suppliers on operational matters.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Core duties:
- Processing fuel requests and releases in a timely manner by coordinating with fuel suppliers and ensuring confirmation.
- Communicate and provide accurate specifications, permits and requirements to the team on-ground and the supplier to ensure smooth customer service.
- Report to Senior Fuel Operations Executive in case of issues, or customer/supplier complaints.
- Handle emergency issues and requests from clients and suppliers whenever required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Line Manager.

REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
| - Bachelor Degree with technical qualification from an accredited college

EXPERIENCE
| - Minimum 3 years' experience in Aviation Fuel/ Flight Operations
|
SPECIFIC / TECHNICAL SKILLS
| - Professional competence with Office pack
- Knowledge in CRM software is an advantage
- Fluent in English - Professional competence in reading/listening/writing/speaking
- Capable of working the night shift
