Talent Acquisition
Manage full cycle recruitment process across the organisation, including screening, interviewing and placing workers
Stay up to date on local hiring laws and regulations
Source top talent through online and offline channels
Manage effective communication with candidates and set expectations throughout the process to provide a seamless experience
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
Implement cultural & behavioural assessment and structured interview practices
Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process
Assist Hiring Managers with technical assessment requirements and facilitation
Constantly work on improvement of onboarding program and facilitate new-joiner sessions
Conduct onboarding surveys to measure new-joiners engagement and identify areas for improvement
Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
Develop formal referral program
Conduct reference checks
Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
Partner with the business throughout hiring process, from creating job descriptions, to ensuring established processes are followed to ensure a positive candidate experience
Advise decision makers to help them achieve their business objectives and provide recruitment recommendations
Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
Enabling and educating hiring managers on the recruitment process and ensure that the experience for both candidates and hiring managers is seamless.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor's Degree
Experience
Has at least 5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition function in a fast-paced environment
Experienced at several assessment and interviewing techniques
Specific / Technical Skills
Fluent and effective communicator
Has a keen ability to recognise top talent from interviews and resumes
Has effective stakeholder management, relationship building and consulting skills
Has a strong problem-solving ability and an open mind to challenge
