IT Operations
Lead and manage Network, Servers, Applications,
Development and Digitalization projects.
Direct cross-functional development teams to analyze
and translate business requirements into business, functional and
technical specifications.
Ensure to optimize business processes through customer-focused
digital solutions.
Supervise continuous evolution of all internet and
intranet web sites and applications.
Identify and oversee implementation of 3rd party
vendors and technologies to drive an effective customer experience.
Identify the need for technologies upgrades and/or new
systems.
IT Policies
Devise
and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of
company strategies
Ensure
IT function compliance with ISO standards and local legislation
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology
EXPERIENCE
8 - 10 years of IT experience
SPECIFIC/TECHNICAL SKILLS
Fluent in English (oral and written)
In-depth knowledge in computer skills (word, excel, power point etc.)
Microsoft Certified MCSE (Windows Server, Server Infrastructure and Exchange Server), CompTIA A+ certification or any equivalent certification, Cisco Certified CCNA & CCNP (Recommended).
