Aircraft Sales Manager is responsible for prospecting sales and qualifying leads for new and existing accounts. Activities include; receiving and responding to inbound leads, developing aircraft specification sheets, assisting with aircraft valuation and market research. Position may require occasional travel.
The ideal candidate is preferred to posses a working knowledge of aircraft maintenance requirements and record-keeping requirements. Candidate must possess strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and be highly motivated to provide an exceptional experience for aircraft owners.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up on leads generated/provided by inside sales and marketing.
- Lead generation and qualifications.
- Search marketplace for available aircraft and secure exclusive listings.
- Develop and present aircraft acquisition proposals to prospective aircraft buyers.
- Develop and present aircraft brokerage services to prospective sellers, buyers and other brokers.
- Maintain and develop strong industry, OEM, and vendor contacts.
- Prepare aircraft presentations.
- Contribute to annual sales goals.
- Participate, as requested, in industry events, community aviation events, and tradeshows.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
| Bachelors' Degree in Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, Business or other related field.

EXPERIENCE
| - 5 years of demonstrated Aviation Sales experience.
- Relationships with aircraft owners worldwide including high-net worth individuals and
corporations.

SPECIFIC / TECHNICAL SKILLS
| - Exceptional sales, presentation and negotiation skills at the C-suite and Flight Department
levels.
- Demonstrated experience selling to the C-suite and Flight Departments.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Excel, JETNET, AMSTAT, Vref, and CRM programs.
- FAA pilots license preferred
- Aircraft SPA structure knowledge and negotiation skills.
- Strong ethics, integrity and team player attitude.
