Job Purpose:

The 3D Interior Visualizer is responsible for producing high-quality, photorealistic visual content to support Jetex luxury hospitality and aviation projects. The role focuses on translating refined design concepts into compelling 3D renderings, animations, and walkthroughs that accurately communicate design intent and align with Jetex premium brand standards.

Job Duties & Accountabilities:

3D Visualization and Design Support:

Produce high-quality 3D renderings, animations, and walkthroughs for luxury interior, hospitality, and aviation environments.

Develop accurate 3D models based on briefs, sketches, CAD drawings, and material specifications.

Apply advanced lighting, textures, materials, and detailing to achieve photorealistic results aligned with Jetex's luxury brand identity.

Demonstrate strong understanding of scale, proportion, spatial planning, and interior detailing.

Support design development through iterative 3D studies and refinements, incorporating feedback while maintaining technical accuracy and visual excellence.

Collaboration and Presentation:

Collaborate closely with the Design team to ensure visuals accurately reflect project intent and design direction

Prepare visual presentations, mood boards, and concept boards for internal reviews and stakeholder presentations.

Support project discussions by visually communicating design options and refinements.

Asset and Workflow Management:

Manage multiple visualization tasks across different projects, ensuring delivery in line with project schedules and quality benchmarks.

Maintain and organize a digital library of materials, textures, FF&E models, and reusable assets.

Ensure consistency, version control, and quality across all visual outputs.
