Job Puporse

The F&B Attendant is responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to guests within the terminal, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality, presentation, and service at all times. The role requires a courteous, professional approach while strictly adhering to Jetex policies and Food Health & Safety guidelines, contributing to a seamless and refined guest experience.

Job Duties and Accountabilities:

Prepare and serve food and beverages in line with Jetex service standards and hygiene regulations

Review daily flight schedules to anticipate arrivals and departures and prepare accordingly

Be present at the Bell Desk/Reception when required to assist guests, visitors, and colleagues

Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, queries, and special requirements

Maintain strong knowledge of menu items and terminal services, providing explanations when needed

Support team members during busy periods and ensure smooth service flow

Ensure service is delivered discreetly, efficiently, and in line with the standards set by the Supervisor/Manager

Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of service areas throughout operations

Assist with displays, setup, clearing, cleaning, and general service requirements

Monitor stock levels and inform management of any shortages

Communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure service consistency

Report guest feedback, incidents, or issues to the Supervisor and complete required reports

Distribute guest surveys to support service quality and continuous improvement

Carry out any additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
  • High School or Professional Qualification from recognized institute
EXPERIENCE
  • 1-2 years' experience in hospitality
  • Customer facing experience is a must
  • Hotel and/or high level F&B experience is a must
SPECIFIC / TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Good command in English
  • Excellent in customer service
  • Intermediate IT Skills (MS Office database management)
