Department Overview:

The Global Sales department is responsible for growth of Jetex sales through promotion of FBO services, ground handling, trip planning and other services. The department coordinates regularly with Operations, Finance and Pricing & Procurement.

Job Purpose:

The Corporate Account Executive works with appointed airlines, operators, yacht operators, and villa management companies to introduce and manage commercial, cargo, medevac, and VIP requests from potential customers in the market. The role involves maintaining sales performance and a high standard of customer service, overseeing commercial operations, recommending and implementing pricing strategies, and ensuring full compliance with the company regulations, policies, and procedures.

Job Duties and Accountabilities

- Grow and manage business within assigned territories
- Build and expand relationships with clients, tour operators, and agencies
- Negotiate agreements and resolve client-related issues
- Promote products and services to increase market presence and future sales
- Develop sales networks and pricing structures to achieve revenue targets
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Prepare sales performance and activity reports
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director on business strategies
- Comply with company procedures, documentation, and health & safety policies

Skills, Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in business, aviation, or a related field (Masters degree or MBA preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales of FBO services, charter flights, or related aviation services
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office and database management
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
- Proven background in sales, client management, and account management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
- Demonstrates sense of urgency and proactive approach
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills
