Job Purpose:
We are looking for a talented, highly experienced and motivated Design Architect with a strong background in hospitality design to lead the development and execution of high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scopes, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with project stakeholders
- Prepare pre-concept sketches and concept design layouts that reflect luxury and innovation and contribute fresh, design-forward ideas
- Act as the primary point of contact between the design team, consultants, client, and other project stakeholders
- Review and approve design documentation and consultant submissions at key project milestones
REQUIREMENTS
Education
| - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Design (Master's preferred)

Experience
| - Minimum 3 years of experience in project and design management with exposure to hospitality or luxury residential projects
|
Specific / Technical Skills
| - Visualization and rendering skills
- Proficient in design and project management software (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Project, etc.)
- Excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills
- Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex project timelines
