Job Purpose:

We are looking for a talented, highly experienced and motivated Design Architect with a strong background in hospitality design to lead the development and execution of high-profile projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scopes, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with project stakeholders
  • Prepare pre-concept sketches and concept design layouts that reflect luxury and innovation and contribute fresh, design-forward ideas
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the design team, consultants, client, and other project stakeholders
  • Review and approve design documentation and consultant submissions at key project milestones

REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Design (Master's preferred)
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project and design management with exposure to hospitality or luxury residential projects
Specific / Technical Skills
  • Visualization and rendering skills
  • Proficient in design and project management software (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Project, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills
  • Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex project timelines
