Corporate Image specializes in elevating brand perception through comprehensive facility and uniform management and enhancing the professional image, ensuring that every aspect of the projects reflects excellence and attention to detail.

Job Purpose:
The Senior Corporate Image Executive leads operations across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, ensuring a refined and consistent Corporate Image. Overseeing project management, uniform management, and flower management, this role drives excellence while guiding the executive team. Responsible for procurement, supplier coordination, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and payment processing, the Senior Corporate Image Executive ensures seamless execution of Corporate Image initiatives with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail, upholding the company's brand at the highest standards.



Job Duties & Accountabilities:

Operations Management:
  • Oversee daily departmental operations, ensuring efficient workflows and strict compliance with Corporate Image Standards.
  • Lead and execute corporate image projects, coordinating with Assistant Manager, Manager, and C-level.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects by managing suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Handle procurement, summary budget analysis, and cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality.
  • Conduct inventory audits, manage stock orders, and anticipate needs to meet demand.
  • Maintain quality control through daily checks and enforce Corporate Image standards.
  • Provide regular reports on procurement, inventory, and project progress to management.
  • Ensure consistency across both locations by monitoring processes.


Administrative Excellence

  • Ensure all files, records, and databases are updated, organized, and easily accessible.
  • Develop guidelines, policies, and SOPs as requested by the Assistant Manager and Manager.
  • Handle Email and call Correspondence professionally and efficiently.
  • Schedule, lead, and document meetings, ensuring accurate minutes are recorded.
  • Maintain and track essential data for reporting and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate procurement processes, track orders, and manage invoices.
  • conduct weekly project and uniform management meetings, updating files and tracking progress.


Team Support and Problem Solving

  • Lead the Executive team in 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and progress tracking.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and tasks while maintaining high standards.
  • motivate the team and provide constructive, positive feedback for continuous improvement 
  • proactively resolve issues without requiring Assistant Manager or Manager Intervention.
  • Mentor team members, fostering a supportive and positive work environment.
  • Hold weekly team meetings, incorporating creative role-plays and team-building activities.
  • Show initiative in guiding and assisting the team when challenges arise.
  • Conduct brief talks three times a week to keep engagement high and update executives on the latest standards.

    Skills, Requirements & Qualifications:


    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field in preferred.

    Experience4+ years of proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating competence in managing corporate image projects and vendor relationships. 
    Skill Set

     - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    - experience with database management.

    - Familiarity with procurement processes and inventory management systems.

    Personal Skills- Self-motivated and able to work efficiently with minimal Supervision.
    - Capable of thriving under pressure and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
