Corporate Image specializes in elevating brand perception through comprehensive facility and uniform management and enhancing the professional image, ensuring that every aspect of the projects reflects excellence and attention to detail.
Job Purpose: -
The Corporate Image Executive plays a vital role in fostering a positive and professional image for the organization by meticulously managing uniforms, grooming standards, and daily communication with employees and external partners. This role ensures accurate recording and monitoring of stock, including items purchased and distributed over specific periods.
Additionally, the executive manages terminal image standards and oversees procurement activities for the Corporate Image Department. Key responsibilities include supplier coordination, stakeholder communication, research, negotiation, and payment processing. Through strategic resource and relationship management, the role upholds and enhances the company's image with a focus on excellence and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Image and Uniform Management Responsibilities
- Engage in daily communication with employees, including new joiners and leavers, through email, phone calls, and in-person requests to ensure their needs are met.
- Maintain a detailed inventory of uniforms, ensuring sufficient stock for all employees
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of uniforms and accessories.
- Conduct regular grooming checks for employees, ensuring adherence to corporate standards.
- Assist in conducting training sessions with employees on Corporate Image standards.
- Collaborate with the L&D and HR department to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate design and alteration requirements, maintaining alignment with the organization.
- Address uniform-related concerns and facilitate communication between employees and tailors.
- Research, communicate, and negotiate with suppliers for the best deals and timely deliveries.
Corporate Image and Project Management Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards flowers displays, amenities and facilities to reflect company values.
- Manage inventory and procurement of amenities within the Corporate Image department, ensuring consistent quality and availability.
- Manage invoices and petty cash, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company Corporate Image, ensuring consistency across organization.
- Oversee and maintain files and data for the Corporate Image Department.
- Coordinate with musicians, ensuring preparation and adherence to schedules.
- Research, communicate, and negotiate with suppliers for the best deals and timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with other departments on new standards, ensure consistent implementation across the organization.
Compliance and Safety

Requirements:
Qualifications | Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field in image and branding. |
Experience | 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating competence in managing corporate image projects and vendor relationships. |
Skill Set | Proactive problem-solving skills.
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. High degree of self-motivation, with a commitment to meeting deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with database management. Familiarity with procurement processes and inventory management systems. |
