Department Overview:

The HR & Admin function is responsible for a wide range of activities, including recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation, and benefits, learning and development, and employee relations. The department works closely with other departments to ensure that Jetex has the necessary talent to achieve its strategic objectives and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

Job Purpose:

The Talent Acquisition role involves managing the recruitment process and coordinating with internal team. The job purpose is to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience. 



Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting and Candidate Screening:
  • Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
  • Receive and process requests for job candidates from internal teams
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of interviews
  • Provide guidance to the candidates during the recruitment process
Onboarding and Induction:
  • Support the on-boarding process
  • Collect necessary documents and coordinate visa-related activities


REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  •  1-2 years of experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in hospitality or luxury retail
Specific / Technical Skills
  • Fluent and effective communicator
  • Has a keen ability to recognize top talent from interviews and resumes
  • Has effective stakeholder management, relationship building and consulting skills
  • Has a strong problem-solving ability and an open mind to challenge
