Department Overview:
The HR & Admin function is responsible for a wide range of activities, including recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation, and benefits, learning and development, and employee relations. The department works closely with other departments to ensure that Jetex has the necessary talent to achieve its strategic objectives and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
Job Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition role involves managing the recruitment process, coordinating with internal teams, and developing effective hiring strategies. The job purpose is to attract top talent, screen candidates, negotiate salary packages, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the onboarding process and performing other tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting and Candidate Screening:
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Receive and process requests for job candidates from internal teams.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of interviews.
- Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate assessments for vacant positions.
- Conduct reference checks for potential hires.
- Provide guidance to the candidates during the recruitment process.Â
Hiring Strategy and Coordination:
- Organize meetings with line managers and the CEO to discuss hiring strategies and candidate suitability.
- Coordinate with other departments on hiring activities.
Salary Negotiations and Offer Preparation:
- Conduct salary discussions with candidates and negotiate salary packages.
- Prepare and extend offer letters to successful candidates.
Onboarding and Induction:
- Support the on-boarding process and conduct inductions for new employees.
- Collect necessary documents and coordinate visa-related activities.
Compliance-related roles:Â
- Adhere to the documented procedures of the organization or department and retain documented evidence related to the performance of their role.
- The employee is expected to exercise their duty of care and must be aware of their health and safety responsibilities, accountability and authority; and shall comply with the policies and procedures outlined by the organization.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
| - Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience
| - Â 3+ years of experience as talent acquisition specialist, preferably in hospitality or luxury retail

| - Fluent and effective communicator
